OsloMet is Norway’s third largest university with 21,000 students, 2,200 employees, 4 faculties and 4 national research centres. OsloMet hosts Norway’s largest scientific community in welfare policy research, and has a strategic partnership with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration about a Centre of excellence in labour market inclusion (KAI). Over the last two decades, the university has accumulated experience from collaboration with China in several policy areas, including urban planning and social policy, rehabilitation, anti-poverty policies, and more recently universal design of ICT. OsloMet became a member of the Nordic Centre at Fudan University in China in 2018. The DISABILITY RESILIENCE project will draw on the experiences of these past and ongoing project activities with Chinese partners.

Rune Halvorsen is OsloMet’s council member to the Nordic Centre at Fudan University and has wide experience in high level consultancy work and research on disability policy for the European Commission, the Research Council of Norway and the Nordic Council of Ministers. In his capacity as council member to the Nordic Centre he is responsible for the strategic development and coordination of collaboration with China at OsloMet. He was involved in coordinating the EU project DISCIT Making persons with disabilities full citizens, which has been commended for its high policy impact in Europe. Halvorsen is currently the Scientific Coordinator for EUROSHIP funded by Horizon 2020.
Rune Halovorsen，博士，奥斯陆城市大学社会工作、儿童福利与社会政策系教授，奥斯陆城市大学驻复旦大学北欧中心理事会成员。Halvorsen教授在为国内及国际政府机构组织如欧洲委员会、挪威研究理事会等提供残障政策领域高级别顾问及研究工作方面有着丰富经验。他曾参与欧盟“DISCIT”项目，对欧洲残障政策发展产生了一定影响。目前，Halvorsen教授担任“EUROSHIP”项目研究主管。
Dr Anthony Giannoumis, Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology at OsloMet, is an international expert on universal design of ICT and the PI of several international projects on accessibility of ICT.
