COMet will contribute to the mutual development and enhancement of unique and sought-after knowledge, as well as the promotion of international recognition for an increasingly important field in a global context. Specifically, COMet will have the following deliverables:
• Joint courses (D1), seminars (D2), and educational programs (D3) are established and institutionalized within the framework of the partnerships.
• Mobility of students and staff (D4). Moreover, a long-term structure is developed to support mobility within the framework of the partnerships.
• Joint publications (D5), Master/PhD theses (D6) between staff and/or (post) graduate students in the partnerships.
• Development and submission of new research funding applications (D7) within the framework for the partnerships.
• Documentation of collaboration (D8) with the public sectors and dissemination of research results to central stakeholders in the transport industry and the public sector.

T2.1: Organization of the Seminar and workshops.
Seminars will be organized once a semester. Moreover, the three joint workshops will be organized during the summertime.

T2.2: Development of a jointly recognized 10 ECTS Master level course.
The course will serve the educational needs within the field of intelligent transport systems at the master and Ph.D. programs at OsloMet –such as the Master on Smart Mobility and Urban Analytics. Learning materials including lecture videos will be collected and managed to facilitate a sustainable course offered at partner institutions.

T2.3: Development of a strategy towards the implementation of a joint Master Program.
Exploration of further interest in the development of a joint international Master Program on Smart Mobility and Urban Analytics.

T3.1: Access plan to research facilities in partner institutions. COMet will facilitate access to master students, academic staff, and supervisors to facilities and expertise available at the partner institutions.
T3.2: Mobility plan for academic staff and students. This plan includes short-term and long-terms stays for incoming and outgoing visits.
WP 4: Joint Research Activities (Responsible: OsloMet and HNU)
Deliverables: D5, D6 and D7; Period: M13-M48
T4.1: Joint journal and conference publications.
T4.2: Preparation of new R&D project proposals. At least two new research funding applications will be developed and submitted within the framework of the partnership.
T4.3: Co-supervision of Master and PhD students.
