“Digital fashion design and traditional craftsmanship in the fourth industrial revolution.” Electric touch is a fashion concept working with a sustainable approach to clothing consumption. By combining traditional craftsmanship and new technology, I have created a collection for an independent woman who appreciates fine art and quality in all aspects of life. The traditional craftsmanship is presented in various smocking and gathering techniques, together with new technologies shown through digital prints and laser cut motives. My intention with this project is to produce long lasting clothing with values from both the past and the future.
