Registration will open on April 10, 2025
Important: Presenters are required to complete their registration by May 31, 2025, to be included in the program, archive, and proceedings.

Included in Registration Fee:

  • Attendance of all conference sessions
  • Coffee/tea and lunch breaks
  • Welcome Reception
  • Conference Dinner
  • Access to full conference proceedings

Registration Fees

  • Early Bird (before 22 May 2025):
    • Students, including PhDs and retirees: 250 €
    • Regular participants: 450 €
  • Standard (22 May-12 June):
    • Student and retirees: 300 €
    • Regular: 500 €
  • Late & onsite registration (one fee for full or partial attendance):
    • Student and retirees: 400 €
    • Regular: 600 €

Fee Structure

  • Student Registration:
    • Applicable only to students enrolled at accredited institutions.
    • Student attendees must present their student ID during conference check-in.
  • Retirees Registration:
    • Applicable to individuals aged 65 and above who are no longer in paid employment.
  • Regular Participant Registration:
    • Applicable to all other participants.
  • Author Registration:
    • Each paper must complete at least one full registration by the deadline to be included in the program.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.
    • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, VIPPS.

Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy

  • Cancellation:
    • Cancellations should be emailed to infonordes2025@oslomet.no with the registrant’s name.
    • Cancellations are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the conference secretary.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Cancellation before 1 June 2025: 100% refund.
    • Cancellations between 1 June and 1 July: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations after 1 July: No refunds.
    • Refunds processed within 8 weeks after the conference ends.
    • A processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
  • Substitution:
    • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual in the same category (e.g., student to student, regular to regular) until 25 July 2025.
    • A substitution fee of 50 € may apply. Contact infonordes2025@oslomet.no for details.
  • No-show Policy:
    • No refunds or credits will be issued to participants who fail to attend the event without prior cancellation.
