This meeting is usually after noon. You shall get more information in an email. But please use the TimePlanner as well.

(Note that the International office has a programme for all international students. Fall ’24, the Orientation meeting is 12th August. This is not directly linked to the EPS and attendance is voluntary.)

Team-building workshop: Week 34, 22nd + 23rd August

This event is a full two-day workshop and very important to attend!

«Travel-week»: Week 40/41

Either the full week 40 or the last days of week 40 and first days of 41 will not have lectures. It is reserved for traveling, having visitors from home, et cetera. We have yet to decide exactly which dates. But at least the period from 01.10.24 to 06.10.24 will have no lectures. (But we attempt to provide a period of at least 10 consecutive days «off».)
