Opening day: Three poster presentations.

PhD student Adiza Mumuni, University of Ghana, presenting her poster on Feasibility and accepatability of midwife-led continuity of care among midwives in Southern Ghana.

Associate professor Samual Adjorlolo, University of Ghana, presenting his poster on Existing practices, gaps and strategies to promote maternal mental health care among nurses and midwives in Ghana

Associate professor Sahar Hassan, Birzeit University, presenting her poster on Percieved barriers and opportunities of providing quality familily planning services among Palestinian midwives in the West Bank.

May 26: Two oral presentations.

PhD candidate Innes Agbenu, University of Ghana, gave an oral presentation on her study of Gender-based violence screening practices among maternal health care providers in Ghana

Associate professor Lillian Ohene presented her study on Drivers and facilitators of sexually transmitted infections services beyond knowledge and awareness among nurses and midwives in Ghana

May 27 – Three oral presentations.

PhD candidate Khadeja Zaza presented her qualitative study on Healthcare providers perseption of maternal and newborn care quality in the West Bank, Palestine

Associate professor Hilde Tinderholt Myrhaug, OsloMet, presented Te value of Midwife-led continuity of care models in Low-and Middle income countries: a qualitative evidence synthesis.

Senior lecturer Andrew Symon, University of Dundee, and sssociate professor Berit Mortensen, OsloMet, presented the study Validating the Quality Maternal and Newborn Care Framework Index: A global tool for Quality-of-Care Evaluation
