EAP and Creativity

June 9th and 10th

The theme for the 2016 conference is EAP and Creativity. In what ways does EAP provide room for creativity – for students, teachers and researchers? And how does creativity underpin or make possible meaningful and illuminating EAP thought and practice?

Presentations will address topics related to creativity in EAP theory and practice; teaching strategies; syllabus and materials design; critical EAP; e-learning and technology; needs analysis; academic identities; interdisciplinarity; teacher/student experiences; empowerment and positioning.

Please also join us for a festive pre-conference reception at Oslo Town Hall on June 8th at 19:00 hosted by the mayor of Oslo.
