Quality of Life is a subjective phenomenon. The desire is to have as good a life as possible – all life. Our research deals with Quality of Life in different patient and user groups in the primary and specialist health care services.

The Quality of life Research Group consists of researchers from the Faculty of Health Sciences at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University. Various health professions are represented in the research group, most of which are nurses with scientific expertise and many doctoral candidates.

User involvement in research, development and evaluation of interventions, systematic reviews and psychometric evaluation of questionnaires are key activities. Our research projects take place in all parts of the health care service, and we use both qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. We have extensive national and international cooperation.
