RISE is happy to invite you to our first social activity of the year: a day of hiking on Saturday, 12 September 2026.
The hike is a chance to get together outside of work, enjoy some time outdoors, and meet PhD/postdoc colleagues from across OsloMet in a relaxed, informal setting.

⏰ Time: 11:00–13:30 (approximately)
📍 Route: Ullevålseter, approximately one hour each way
☕ Coffee and snacks: Provided by RISE
The route is easy to access, not too demanding, and suitable for hikers of all experience levels, including those with a baby stroller. No previous hiking experience is required.
The activity is open to PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and other researchers in temporary positions at OsloMet.
