Reflect, connect and explore creative ways of navigating a research career
OsloMet RISE invites PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers and temporary researchers to join our upcoming workshop on Thursday 26 November 2026.
Academic life can be rewarding, but it also comes with challenges such as workload, publishing pressure, uncertainty, and stress. This interactive workshop offers a space to reflect on these experiences, connect with colleagues, and explore supportive ways of navigating a research career through creative exercises inspired by art therapy.
No artistic skills or previous experience are required.
The workshop will be led in English by Dr Agata Zelechowska, researcher, artist and facilitator.
