RISE is looking for a second Liaison Officer to join the RISE Executive Board and represent PhD candidates in OsloMet’s Education Committee (Utdanningsutvalget).
As Liaison Officer, you will represent PhD candidates on behalf of OsloMet RISE and help strengthen the connection between temporary researchers and university-level decision-making.
What will you do? 🗣️
- Participate in meetings of the Education Committee (Utdanningsutvalget)
- Represent the perspectives and interests of PhD candidates
- Keep the RISE Executive Board informed about relevant discussions and decisions
- Gather input from RISE members and bring relevant perspectives to the committee
- Help maintain a strong link between RISE and OsloMet’s decision-making structures

Who can apply?
The position is open only to PhD candidates at OsloMet.
Meetings of the Education Committee are conducted in Norwegian, so sufficient proficiency in Norwegian is required.
The selected candidate will be nominated to the Utdanningsutvalget by OsloMet RISE.
Working hours for the role will be compensated in accordance with OsloMet policies.
