The RRI-Practice consortium meeting that took place in Berlin on September 21st 2017 included a session on which the Advisory Board members reflected on the presentations dealing with organisational approaches to RRI, barriers and drivers, and visions for best practices. The Advisory Board noted that the following issues are of particular importance for the project: a) the stated need for focusing on a transformation of the science system; b) to what extent the project needs to delve deeper into the different national cultures, and c) how to conceptualise the value proposition(s) of RRI.
