B3 Research Group is a research group at OsloMet focusing on smart, sustainable and digital solutions for the built environment.
Our work combines building technology, digital twins, life cycle assessment, artificial intelligence, building performance simulation, predictive maintenance and advanced optimization methods. The group develops knowledge and tools that support more energy-efficient, resilient and sustainable buildings.
The research group works closely with students, researchers, public-sector actors and industry partners. Our activities include research projects, master and PhD supervision, scientific publications, teaching innovation and collaboration with national and international partners.
