Our 13 stakeholders constitute a strong group covering a diverse set of sectors, industries and stages of the value chain. Private sector is represented by several platforms that include food provision, transport, digital infrastructures and retailing. Some are platforms addressing local area, as well as platforms operating at regional and national level . They cover both food and transportation. Public sector is represented by municipalities with ambitious plans of sustainable policy solutions in partnership with private sector. There are foundations investing into more broadly into sustainable food systems research, as well as NGOs operating as an intermediate between food producers and charities.
Matsentralen Norge/Foodbank Norway
Matsnetralen/Food Banks Norway is a network of food banks that redistributes surplus food from food industry to non-profit organizations that help disadvantaged people in Norway. Through their work, they help both the food industry to reduce food waste, and nonprofit organizations to help people in need. In 2022, the Norwegian food banks saved more than 5508 tons of food from going to waste and redistributed this to more than 500 non-profit organizations that help people in vulnerable life situations.
Dyrket/Grown – Norway
Dyrket/Grown is a sales and distribution service for small-scale producers in Norway, where the aim is to make the distance from farm to fork as short as possible. Dyrket connects local food producers and consumers without. Dyrket connects small producers who farm according to ecological, bio dynamic principles.
Ruter AS – Norway
Ruter AS develop, plan, coordinate, procure and market public transport in Oslo and Akershus. All transport services are carried out by various operating companies on their behalf. Ruter’s main contribution to reducing CO2 from road traffic is to contribute to an increased share of green travel. That is, public transport in addition to cycling and walking, and gradually also new mobility services and car sharing. Ruter has also been working to remove emissions from its own means of transport and contribute to better local air quality by electrifying all transport by 2028.

White Pony Express is a non-profit organisation with a mission to eliminate hunger and poverty by delivering the abundance around us to those in need. White Pony Express connects individuals and institutions with food surplus with nonprofit agencies and individual homes, rescuing food and meeting needs.

Ocean Blue Smart – Japan
P!PPA Ocean Blue Smart is a bike sharing service provider located in Japan. Ocean Blue Smart provides bike sharing services via mobile apps, in collaboration with several cities (municipalities) in Japan.
CoRide Sweden AB
CoRide Sweden AB is an app based car pooling service. Coride is a startup company based in Sweden dedicated to developing, launching and operating a ride-sharing service focusing on car commuters in Sweden. CORIDE is available today as an MVP version on IOS and Android.

Helsingborg muncipality – Sweden
The City of Helsingborg is positioned as a leading climate and sustainability city and has won several sustainability wards throughout the years. The environmental strategic department at Helsingborg hosts specialists and strategists within limnology, marine biology, energy, life quality, climate mitigation, SDG management and sustainable urban planning. They manage cross sectorial projects and processes for sustainability.
Local food nodes – Sweden
Local Food Nodes is a digital platform focused on local food markets. Local Food Nodes connects local food producers to local food consumers to empower first hand relations over food. They enable direct transactions, resilient communities and regained control over what we eat and how it is produced. A desire to make food local again.
Fazla Gıda – Turkey
Fazla Gıda is a digital platform that aims to mitigate food waste by bringing businesses and consumers together. Its mobile app, Fazla, lists the fresh products of cafes, restaurants, patisseries, groceries etc. which cannot be sold for various reasons with at least 50% discount for consumers to save them.

Arcelik A.Ş., is a major and international household appliance manufacturer. The company produces technologies and appliance to support household food practices, such as refrigerators, ovens, stoves, coffee machines and so on.
Istanbul Planning Agency- Vision 2050 – Turkey
Istanbul Planning Agency– Vision 2050 was established in 2020, under Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality – Istanbul Planning Agency. The group has developed a strategic plan for Istanbul by involving citizens ideas, wishes and suggestions, which will be refined and updated based on new data, incl. effective and inclusive mobility solutions within the city.
