This important, interdisciplinary collection includes a series of contributions from leading scholars around the world to the unresolved and pressing global issue of Indigenous water injustice, including the experience of legal personhood in settling Indigenous water claims. The collection has strong representation from Indigenous authors, early career researchers and women’s perspectives, and one article has a river as its lead author. Macpherson has written the introduction and is lead author on two other articles.’
