RESEARCHER BIO Marianne graduated as a physiotherapist in 2003 from the Hanzehogeschool Groningen, the Netherlands, Master in Sports Physiotherapy from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in 2011, and PhD from the University of Oslo in 2017. As a clinician, she has worked with patients with musculoskeletal complaints in both primary and secondary care. Since 2009, she has been combining clinical work and research.
