Thea is a PhD student at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Oslo Metropolitan University, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in 2011. She has a master’s degree in clinical physiotherapy from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences from 2018. Thea has work experience in both primary and secondary healthcare, specializing in musculoskeletal pain disorders. Her PhD project is a randomized controlled trial focusing on self-management for patients with greater trochanteric pain syndrome (the HIPS-trial) conducted at Oslo University Hospital, department of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
