Research on Diversity clauses in job advertisements

Tone Alm Andreassen have published a new article in Scandinavian Journal of management, that according to the abstract: «Contributes to the research on inequality in organisations by analysing job advertisements that include a diversity clause stating that minority or disadvantaged jobseekers are welcome.»
