Join our guest lecture (webinar) on the topic of future housing solutions on October 31 from 14:00 – 15:30 (NB: in Norwegian).
Theme: Future housing solutions: Can private actors contribute to inclusive and care-friendly communities, or will social inequality increase? Will there be care homes and human services for the wealthy, and technological solutions for those who cannot afford anything else? How will the housing market be regulated in the future? What are the challenges from the developers’ perspective, and what challenges do municipalities face? What are the opportunities?
Speakers:
- Stian Myhre: Head of business development and sustainability at Fredensborg Bolig. He has previously worked as CFO at Akers FP Eiendom.
- Gunn Cecilie Ringdal: Partner at the law firm Hjort, primarily assisting with cases related to the planning and building act, real estate, and public administration. Ringdal also has extensive experience in local politics, including serving as mayor of Lier municipality for eight years.
- Gro Sandkjær Hanssen: Researcher I at NIBR, OsloMet. Her research interests include participation, co-governance, and governance challenges at local and regional levels, particularly in urban planning. After the presentations, there will be a short panel debate between the speakers, with opportunities for questions and input from the audience.
