Welcome to a new edition of CEDIC Talks, where we will discuss cross-sector and cross-level collaboration in digitalization, February 27 (12:45-16:00) and 28 (09:00-13:30). NB: In Norwegian.

Theme: The Norwegian government aims for better coordination of digitalization efforts across sectors and administrative levels. How can we achieve greater collaboration through digital initiatives, and what boundaries to cooperation exist today?
Program: On Day 1, we will have eight short presentations from stakeholders across various sectors on digital boundary work. The day will conclude with a panel discussion. On Day 2, we will host a scenario workshop, where, based on the seminar’s overarching theme, we will develop four different scenarios and explore them further in group discussions.
Short presentations (day 1):

Panel discussion (day 1):
Following the presentations, a panel discussion will take place on the day’s topics. The panel consists of the CEO of KS Digital, Sidsel Nordhagen, partner at PA Consulting, Grete Kvernland-Berg and Senior Researcher Are Vegard Haug from OsloMet. In addition, some more will participate (names will be announced later). The moderator for the panel discussion is Professor Marit Haldar from OsloMet. The audience is welcome to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
Networking and refreshments (day 1):
After the academic program, we will serve light snacks, giving participants the opportunity to mingle and connect with the speakers and attendees.
Scenario Workshop (day 2):
We take the seminar’s overarching theme of cross-border collaboration as our starting point and develop four different scenarios, which we will further explore in group discussions. The scenario workshop follows this program:
• 09:00–09:45: What are scenarios? Introduction to the method and identification of four scenarios for today’s workshop
• 09:45–10:00: Break
• 10:00–12:00: Scenario Workshop (including lunch)
• 12:00–13:00: Presentation and discussion of scenarios
• 13:00–13:30: Conversation and reflection on relevance for individual projects
The scenario workshop will be led by Professor Alexander Ruser from the University of Agder.
