Stakeholder meeting

Last week SIFO had the pleasure of welcoming the three Norwegian stakeholders in DISCo to a project update meeting; represented by Eilev Haukaas from Dyrket, Linn Eide from Matsentralen, and Tor Arne Wanebo and Øyvind Kragh Kjos from Ruter. Torvald, Live, and Arne participated and provided insights to the preliminary project results from WP1, 2, and 3.

Stakeholder involvement

Dyrket was one of the food platforms studied in the initial mapping of WP1 and have also assisted in the recruitment of informants to the qualitative interviews on food in WP2. Ruter gave feedback to the interview guide for the qualitative interviews on mobility in WP2 and on the forthcoming survey on mobility in WP3, which will collect data in Oslo and Yokohama.

Stakeholder relevance to the DISCo project

Ruter, Dyrket and Matsentralen represent diverse aspects of sustainability and urban development, aligning with the project’s goals of fostering sustainable and inclusive urban communities through digital technologies. Their participation ensures that DISCO can address actual challenges through collaborative solutions that span food systems, food waste management, and transportation networks.
