It involves a multinational team of researchers from NIBR and the the Centre for Independent Social Research (St. Petersburg, Russia), De Montefort University(United Kingdom), Freie Universität, Berlin (Berlin, Germany), Moscow Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), Svobodnoe mnenie (Samara, Russia), and the University of Nordland (Norway).
