Network governance in Russia (Netgovru) is a project located at the Department of International Studies and Migration of the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR). It involves a multinational team of researchers from NIBR and the the Centre for Independent Social Research (St. Petersburg, Russia), De Montefort University(United Kingdom), Freie Universität, Berlin (Berlin, Germany), Moscow Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia), Svobodnoe mnenie (Samara, Russia), and the University of Nordland (Norway).
