Access to information in the time of corona
Journalists from Morocco, Algeria, Libya and Tunisia logged in to attend a eight month course in access to information 8 April.
Under the headline Supporting the Right to Information and Investigative Journalism while Fighting COVID-19 in the Maghreb the training was organized by Article 19 MENA.
The first lecture was on the basics of investigative journalism by Amine Ben Messouad, who is also a teacher at IPSI (Institute of Press and Information Sciences) at Manouba University in Tunisia.
The training continues in cooperation with JMIC with teachers from Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt/Germany and Libanon/Norway.
