We are proud and happy to inform that MEKK has received 100 000 crones from the organization Free Speech to our conference Safety of Journalists Covering Conflict and Sensitive Issues. This means that we will be able to support a larger amount of participants from countries with restricted economical resources.
The conference will take place in Oslo on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2017 in connection with UNESCO’s International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists at Oslo and Akershus University College, Oslo, Norway. Abstracts of maximum 250 words should be sent to safetyofjournalists@hioa.no before August, the 10th, 2017. Read more about the conference here.
