We are so happy to welcome our new MEKK member Oleksandra Hrybenko who is a PhD student at our department.
Her research project is about the safety of female journalist fixers in the war in Ukraine and fits perfectly into the MEKK group.
Oleksandra has participated in several public events since she arrived in Oslo two months ago.
This week she participated in a film talk organized at Vega Scene where the documentary The Earth is Blue as an Orange was shown. Oleksandra and Osama Shaheen were interviewed by Zeina Bali about how it is to live between two worlds.
