About the Project
This project is about Russian Sami politics, seen in the light of border-transcending Sámi cooperation. The Russian subgroup of Northwest Europe’s indigenous people constitutes a minority within the minority, which lives under very different socio-economic and political conditions than their Nordic kin. What happens when the two sides meet?
