Why is it so difficult to get a job for highly educated refugees, when the labour market in Norway is in high demand for qualified competence? This was one of many questions discussed at a workshop carried out by the University of South-East Norway (USN) in Drammen in May. Around thirty representatives from different sectors participated at the workshop, among them several Ukrainians who shared their thoughts and experiences.
