ABOUT

Maryna Solesvik is a professor of Innovation and Management at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Earlier she served as a professor and chair of Maritime Innovation at Nord University. She holds PhD degrees from the Nord University Business School (Norway) and Institute of Agrarian Economics (Ukraine). She served as a board member of several Norwegian companies and organisations, including Riksteatret. She carried out several projects on entrepreneurship in Ukraine in 1997 – 2023.


RESEARCH INTERESTS

Entrepeneurial intentions, female entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship in emerging economies, maritime business, and technology innovation.
