New policy brief on Ukrainian mobilisation act

A new policy brief “The new Mobilisation Act: Policies, target groups and consequences for Ukrainians living abroad” presents the main changes that the new Mobilisation Act entails for Ukrainian citizens living abroad and discusses some of the dilemmas it entails for the European governments hosting them.

The policy brief is part of the NOR-RETIN research project Integration or return for Ukrainian refugees? (NOR-RETIN) – OsloMet) .

NIBR’s senior researcher, and UKRAINETT member, Oleksandra Deineko (oleksand@oslomet.no) has led the work and analyses of this policy brief, which she has written together with NIBR senior researcher Vilde Hernes.
