ABOUT
Tamta Gelashvili is a PhD candidate in political science at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Center of Research on Extremism (C-REX). She is also a Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI). She holds an MPhil degree from the University of Oslo and an MSc degree from the University of Amsterdam. Her PhD project focuses on comparative empirical analysis of far-right social movements in Georgia and Ukraine, with an emphasis on political opportunities for mobilization and interaction among far-right parties and extra-parliamentary groups.
