UKRAINETT+ Conference Keynote Speaker: Lisa Coll
As part of the annual UKRAINETT+ Conference, we invite you to attend Lisa Coll’s presentation on “The Role of Digitalization Reforms in Managing Societal Crises”.
Lisa Coll is the president and CEO of Eurasia Foundation (EF). She has over 30 years of international development experience in the democracy and governance sector. Since 2001, Coll has played a key role at EF, including guiding the localization of EF’s regional offices between 2004 and 2010 and spearheading the development of the Capacity Mapping Assessment tool, an organizational assessment method custom-built for EF’s partner foundations. From 1999 to 2001, Coll served as EF’s Central Asia director, based in Tashkent, overseeing a small grants program in Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
She is an experienced manager with a strong background in leading diverse teams of international development professionals and has deep expertise in international democracy and governance programs, with a focus on engaging civil society and strategic interventions in transitional countries. Recently EF partnered with USAID and UK Dev to launch the Ukraine Digital Transformation Activity. This is a comprehensive, multi-faceted program dedicated to championing a free, prosperous, and independent Ukraine.
