The Northern Norwegian Ukraine Hub (Nordnorsk Ukraina-hub), in collaboration with the Centre for Geopolitics, Peace and Security (GPS), is organising a mini‑workshop with Ingunn Lunde (UiB) and Arve Hansen (the Norwegian Helsinki Committee).
