ABOUT
Anatoliy Goncharuk is a Professor at Hauge School of Management of the NLA Høgskolen. He organised and teaches selected courses from the BA program in management for Ukrainian refugees in Norway. Until 2021, he worked as vice-rector for research in the International Humanitarian University (Odesa, Ukraine). His research interests include efficiency and productivity analysis, performance benchmarking, motivation study, satisfaction and trust study, social integration of refugees. He managed and participated in several projects funded by national and European governments. Most of his publications are related to Ukraine.
