Andrii Dligach is a Doctor of Science in
Economics and a Professor at the Taras
Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, KSE
Business School, and LvBS UCU. He is also a
prominent strategist and the Founder and CEO
of Advanter Group. Since 1995, he has worked
extensively in strategic management and
marketing and implemented more than 2,000
projects in seven countries.
He established the Kyiv Foresight Foundation and the Center for Social Change and Behavioral Economics. He leads the “Voice of Civil Society in the formation and implementation of the Plan for the Restoration of Ukraine (“Lugansk Declaration”)” project. He chairs the Coalition of Business Communities for Ukraine’s modernization. Andrii is also a member of the Executive Board of the Digital Transformation Institute and SingularityU Kyiv.
With extensive experience in strategic management and marketing, he has authored nine books and
over 150 publications. He is recognized as Ukraine’s top marketing and strategic consultant.
