UiT -The Arctic University of Norway is organising an inter-disciplinary conference to mark a decade since Russia began its war on Ukraine. The conference is scheduled to take place on 22 February 2024 at UiTs campus in Tromsø. The keynote speaker is Oleksandra Matviichuk, the head of the Centre for Civil Liberties.
