ABOUT
Maryna Rabinovych is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Social Sciences, UiT The Artic University of Norway. She works on a research project “Multistakeholder partnerships for adaptive governance in turbulent Arctic Norway? Tackling the consequences of Russia’s war against Ukraine and learning from the wartime experiences of Ukrainian municipalities (MULTIGOV)”. Previously, she worked with the Research Council of Norway-funded project “Lowering the Bar? Compliance Negotiations and the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement” at the University of Agder. She also has the experience of working with Kyiv School of Economics, National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and University of Hamburg. Her research interests include EU external relations, EU Neighbourhood Policy, EU trade and development policies, as well as internal political and legal developments in the post-Soviet space. In 2025, she co-edited the volume “Ukraine’s Thorny Path to the EU. From “Integration without Membership” to “Integration through War”’ with Dr. Anne Pintsch (Palgrave McMillan).
