The Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir) has awarded funding to 16 three-year projects through Nansen EDU – a Norwegian–Ukrainian collaboration in higher education.
The call was published on 2 December 2025 with an application deadline of 2 March 2026 for a maximum of NOK 80 million. 76 applications were received, of which 73 were considered to fullfill the formal requirements for further processing. 16 of these proposals (22%) have been supported.
The decision was published by HK-dir on 22 May 2026.
