I have since 2006 been project manager in Norwegian funded assistance projects at Chernobyl NPP (ChNPP) with the aim of increasing the nuclear safety at the site and support the decommissioning. The projects are part of the Norwegian Nuclear Action Plan (Atomhandlingsplanen). The main result is the Chernobyl Decommmissioning Visualisation Centre located at ChNPP. Latest project ended in September 2021 with the delivery to ChNPP of the extended and optimized ChNPP Planner, which is a software made by IFE for planning work tasks in radioactive environments.
