ABOUT
Olga Iermolenko works as an Associate Professor at Nord University Business School. Olga works with international education and research projects, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Research Council of Norway, DIKU, and Erasmus +. Iermolenko teaches accounting and budgeting at the bachelor’s level, and project management and management control at the master’s level.
Education: PhD in Business Administration and Master of Science in Business (Nord University, 2018; 2011); Master in Management of Organization and Teacher of Higher Education Institution and Bachelor in Management (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, 2010; 2008).
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Management accounting and control in dynamic environments, project management, social adaptation and retraining of veterans, PhD and master education.
