ABOUT
Serhii was educated as a historian-ethnologist and master of public administration. In 2012 he defended his thesis of Ph.D. in public administration on the topic “Improving the mechanisms of state regulation of ethno-national relations in Ukraine”. For 15 years he has been involved in the teaching and advanced training of public servants. Serhii is the executive secretary of the scientific journals “Public Administration and Regional Development” and “Investments: Practice and Experience”. Among the educational subjects: Public management and administration, Public service, Anti-corruption policy, Strategic management, Management in authorities.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Development of civil society, public interaction with authorities, theory and practice of anti-corruption activities, public service, ethno-national policy
