ABOUT
I hold my Ph.D. in Business from Nord University (Norway). My research directions are public sector management, in particular public accounting, budgeting, finance and auditing; performance measurement; reforms. I prefer applying behavioural and institutional theoretical streams, but also doing interdisciplinary studies. My preferred research context is developing countries, emerging economies or those in transition, and specifically – Ukraine. I am acting as the referee for several international journals and I am an editorial board member of an international journal. In addition, I am actively engaged in several international projects in educational, research and practical spheres.
