First Announcement
Dear colleagues!
We are happy to announce that the Third European Conference on Domestic Violence (ECDV) will take place on 1-4 September 2019, in Oslo, Norway. The conference follows the previous conferences in 2015 (Belfast) and 2017 (Porto).
The conference will bring together researchers, academics, professionals, practitioners and policy-makers from Europe and further afield. It will cover a wide range of research topics and issues relevant to practice, services and policy development related to domestic violence.
We would like to invite you to share your most recent findings, your experiences and ideas, and to meet old and new colleagues and friends here in Oslo. All sessions will be in English. The venue is the Oslo Congress Centre, located in the centre of the city.
The conference is organised by Norwegian Social Research (NOVA) at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University and the Norwegian Centre for Violence and Traumatic Stress Studies (NKVTS).
We are very proud to present our keynote speakers! Welcome to find information about them at the conference website (edcv-oslo.org).
The website will be updated regularly. The Call for Abstracts will be announced 3 September 2018.
We look forward to welcoming you to Oslo!
