The Norwegian recipe booklet emerged during the collaboration for the case in Oslo, Norway. The researchers Gun Roos and Laura Terragni collaborated with a Norwegian class and the Sunn Start (“Healthy Start”) project. During the class immigrant women learning Norwegian were invited to share recipes they enjoy cooking at home. In class the recipes were translated to Norwegian and provided an opportunity for the women. This provided an opportunity to connect over food conversations and share a taste of home.
