Symposium on Multi-Level Selection and PROSOCIAL: this is not a regular lab meeting, but rather a full-day symposium arranged by the master’s program in Behavioral Science at OsloMet lasts from 8:30 to 15: 30. More information below (please sign up to receive the Zoom meeting link (NB. We will not be using the usual meeting link on this day).

Multi-level Selection Theory offers a solution to the conundrums of altruism and cooperation, phenomena that the New Synthesis in biology have had some problems explaining.

Prosocial is a systematic way of using knowledge from behavior analysis, MLS theory, behavior economics, and political science, to build and maintain skills for working well together in groups. (It also a part of the course in relational skills – a golden opportunity to acquaint yourself with important required readings, MALK students).

The symposium is a part of a course in the master’s program in Behavioral Science.

Physical attendance – P32 N020.025, Campus Pilestredet. For those who find it difficult to attend, it is possible to attend on Zoom.
