Activity:
1) Eirik Søvik (Associate Professor at Volda University College) will visit us and present his paper “Insect reward systems: Comparing flies and bees”. He will use the paper as a basis to introduce the work he is currently doing and where he I’d like to go. It will also be a good place to draw out similarities and differences between the work he does, and topics of interest of our lab and from the Experimental analysis of behavior – Translational and conceptual research Lab (we will have vistors from Prof. Johansen’s lab).
2) Fabio Bento will talk about his research experience at Petrobras, a major Brazilian oil company.
